“This is my first time in Ixtapa and me and my family had the worst experience ever the staff was extremely rude. The food was a five out of 10 the rooms were not cleaned whatsoever. Nothing was working. and me and my family had the worst experience ever the staff was extremely rude. The food was a five out of 10 the rooms were not cleaned whatsoever. Nothing was working.
