El hotel es hermoso. El personal es muy amable. No hay muchas opciones en los buffets y lo que en particular no me agrada es que pidan el número de cuarto y den cuenta cuando pides una bebida o llegas a un restaurante si tienes el paquete todo incluido.

The best feature of Ixtapa is that it is probably the least Americanized resort in Mexico. There is a Domino's Pizza and a Subway only and there is a Sam's Club in the nearby town of Zihuatanejo. It is very relaxing place.
