“Perfect location for my quick overnight. Know Athens well as previous resident. Great privacy, location a quick walk or uber and snap you’re downtown/Sanford Stadium. Super easy to find, you feel like you’re in the woods with all the evergreens/green vegetation. Clean, equipped with what you need for overnight or longer stay. Location awesome for college campus/downtown you name it.”

“This was the second time staying at College Town. It is a great location and very convenient to downtown and stadium. A short Uber ride!! Also super convenient to Publix (for groceries) and Dunkin Donuts (for breakfast and coffee). The unit was very neat and clean. We stayed on a football weekend and the only drawback was loud music playing next door the night of the game. It was really loud from 1:30-3:00 am. But I expect that in a college town on game day. “I drove with my son from CT to GA for his senior year at UGA. We have stayed at many places in Athens the past several years, and this was BY FAR the best location! I did not need a car because the apartment was right in the center of the action. I am looking forward to bringing my husband next time!”

“You could not find a more perfect house to visit Athens. This small home is truly a gem and the host is responsive and accommodating. It is spotlessly clean in every space and has so many thoughtful touches: laundry baskets in each bedroom, plenty of supplies, great quality paper goods, charging ports at each bedside. The house is an half mile, all-residential walk to a wonderful locally owned bakery, restaurants, coffee, grocery, and ice cream shop. And only a quarter mile from an enormous park...
