"Absolutely loved our stay! Communication was fantastic Cabin was very nice and clean, they supplied TP, paper towels, hand pump soap, shampoo, conditioner,body wash which was so helpful! We definitely needed a longer stay! The area has so much to do! Loved Fonta Flora Brewery, which was only a few minutes down the road. Same with a beach to go swimming a few minutes down the road. "The gentleman who checked us in was very nice an welcoming. The check-in was quick and we were on our way to our room. Once we got off the elevator and was walking down the hallway we noticed a commercial sized fan that was really loud blowing down the hallway. Of course, our room was right there at it. There was a really horrible smell and I told my husband it smelled like mold. While our room was nice, there was a dirty towel left on the hanger on the back of the door in the bathroom. When we went down to get our luggage, we asked at the front desk about the fan and how loud it was. We were told there was a major water leak on the third floor that leaked down onto the second floor and flooded it as well. They were trying to dry it out. I feel like the rooms around the leak should not have been rented. We would have gone to another hotel, but it was a holiday weekend and they were all full. Again, the room was nice, it even had a recliner in it. The breakfast bar was your typical "bread bar". Cereal, bread, muffins, toast, biscuits and waffles. They did have some round sausage and gravy to put on the biscuits. They had yogurt and white milk, no chocolate milk. There was apple juice, orange juice and coffee. It was very quiet even though it is right next to the highway."
