“进出方便，喜欢它的2楼是通道，不用走楼梯。”

“Close to the town, it is easy to take a walk and explore.”

“Like”

“The first days stay, our room wasn’t cleaned or restocked. The second day our room was somewhat cleaned yet the toilet wasn’t touched and we still didn’t get restocked. The breakfast here used to be really good, now they only have frozen omelets and disgusting polish sausage. Definitely wouldn’t return”

“Breakfast is very good, location is excellent”

“I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Price was cheaper, but as they say, you get what you pay for. The room and bathroom was not clean (sticky, dirty floors with hair on bathroom floor and smelled musty), had to go ask for hand towels and wash cloths, door jam to balcony door was broken so door would not latch, hole punched on inside of bathroom door, live centipeed bug in the tub, tile breaking off around jacuzzi tub, toilet valve stuck open and had to manually close it in the tank each……

“need to breakfast”

“Rooms had not been cleaned, hair on towels, stained bedding and smell of mold. Changed rooms, wasn't any better. Homeless hanging outside the rooms, questionable safety.”

“Good ”

“This hotel is in an excellent walkable location. The property is relatively basic but well maintained. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was a free breakfast but we did not partake in it. The pool looked clean and well maintained. My traveling companion was on crutches and would say for people who have difficulty with mobility stay closer to the front of the property.”

“clean rooms, location was great, staff was awesome”

“Everything was so clean, and the staff was wonderful. Beautiful views of Gatlinburg from the rooftop hotel too!”
