“The area outside was unkempt and dirty. While the room was large and fairly clean, it had major issues. Half the lights weren't working, the AC barely ran, and the most outrageous part was the ceiling leaked around the fireplace. It was gushing so much it sounded like a waterfall. It wasn't a small leak. When mentioned to staff they seemed like they didn't know what to do other than hand us extra towels. No other room offered or anything. The jetted tub worked well, the bed was comfortable,……

“The sofa bed sheet was dirty. When we tried changing the dirty sheet there was a blood stain on the mattress. My son refused to sleep on it and I didn’t blame him for not sleeping on it! The inside of the tub was cracked and the bathroom was dirty. The stairwell to enter the building was dangerous. There were chunks of concrete falling off of them. It didn’t look structurally sound at all! I will never stay here again!”

“Great hotel , next to down town to walk to all the events, restaurants, and fun. Clean , breakfast good and coffee hot . Pool and hot. Tub worked well they just need some work because parts are falling off . The fire ants well they were out . Got to see a black bear! Lots of parking .”

“We booked a room with a balcony, well I wouldn’t consider a ground floor room with a patio and a railing around it a balcony, especially facing the street, the room was clean but small”

“Enjoyed watching the black bear that came on the property. We had a great trip.”

“Older property but kept up very well. Perfect location downtown with close proximity to everything. Walking is convenient and easy to get to everything Gatlinburg has to offer. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. Beats the competitors. Parking was great. They give you a mirror tag to show you are staying at the property. Would definitely stay there again.”
