“The only issue was on check in. The guy who checked is in ( long black hair in a ponytail ) initially booked us into the wrong room. ( 10pm on 5th ). When we went back down to get checked into the right room it looked to be a huge inconvenience for him to sort. Plus the refund of the deposit taken on my card for this room has not been paid back yet - 2 x 98.78 on to card no 5384 2300 8037 2376. I’m still waiting on this to be paid back . I’ve spoken to hotel staff who said they would get it……

“Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hallway coffee machines were a little difficult to operate and the results were hit or miss. Cocktails on the roof and in the bar were a little over-priced (partly due to the outrageous Nashville tax on alcoholic beverages, which is over 24%). ”

“From the minute we arrived the whole experience was just amazing and easy. The hotel exceeded our expectations and was our favourite hotel on our entire trip. The team especially Michael and Lorraine were the most friendly and accomodating people and absolutely nothing was an issue. If you are staying in Nashville ONLY stay at Studio 154 Luxury Hotel for the best experience. The location is perfect with everything in walking distance. Can not wait to visit again and stay at Studio 154 -……

“This stay was amazing! I enjoyed being on the ground floor while having our car right outside our door for convenience. Next time I hope to have a higher level balcony to be able to better enjoy sitting outside without people walking by. The bed was amazing and comfortable. It always smelled so good walking into lobby. We also loved that Kroger was within walking distance and used this to our advantage! ”
