“The only issue was on check in. The guy who checked is in ( long black hair in a ponytail ) initially booked us into the wrong room. ( 10pm on 5th ). When we went back down to get checked into the right room it looked to be a huge inconvenience for him to sort. Plus the refund of the deposit taken on my card for this room has not been paid back yet - 2 x 98.78 on to card no 5384 2300 8037 2376. I’m still waiting on this to be paid back . I’ve spoken to hotel staff who said they would get it……

“We had a 2 night stay at the Omni.
Upon arrival, the staff was attentive and the lobby was beautiful. We were able to check in early with no problems. Our room was good -- it had a funky smell but we acclimated.
Our room was a bit run down. The toilet flusher was broked, the handle to get into the shower was broken, and there was a lot of grout missing on the shower floor. These were small issues that didn't interupt our stay but just felt like lack of care.
