“It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.”

“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. “Staff was terrible! don’t even know her name but was so blatantly rude and the hotel being a extended stay and i was booked for 1 night. as well as the hotel being part of a sober living partner. i showed her my booking because it said NOWHERE it was an extended stay nor a partner to sober living. Her service was beyond terrible. Maybe she was having a hard day but would never recommend this place. The door didn’t latch unless i threw my body weight into it. and the place smelled like burnt cat……
