“The property was beautiful. It was clean and inviting and the host left us basic supplies such as coffee cream, sugar, condiments etc. The bedrooms were lovely and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the private patio area with the fire table and bbq. It was quiet, but at the same time close to many restaurants and amenities. We will definitely re-book if we are in the area again and have no reservations in recommending it to friends and family.”

“This basement apartment was such an excellent location for our trip to Niagara-on-the-Lake and St. Catharines! Nice street, close driving distance to everything in St. Catharines while just being a short drive from NOTL. The space was clean and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and communicated often. A lovely experience!”

“Clean, well stocked with water bottles in the fridge, kitchen spices, tea, coffee, filters, and kitchen utensils, pots and pans, paper towels. Four bedrooms upstairs, two of them ensuite and a third full bathroom. Two bedrooms in the basement with a full bathroom. One powder room main floor. Barbecue works well. Showers stocked with shampoo and conditioner and towels for all. Great stay for my group of 9. Thank you!”

“The property was pet friendly with lots of room for our family. It was close to Niagara falls and places to get food/groceries. It was fairly easy to find and is located in a nice neighborhood. The property was clean and well prepared.”

“Sam, the host, was very kind and quick to respond.I wanted to know in advance that the washing machine and dryer are shared.Since it's a basement, I was grateful to know in advance that I felt unexpectedly cold. There were quite a few spiders, so I thought it would be more comfortable if the host could work a little harder on the cleaning.”

“Our one night stay was as expected. The property was centrally located which was wonderful. The Blue door (the one we chose) is only accessible by stairway. The host was on point and very friendly. Thank you Mike & Tanya!”

“Awesome house, awesome location. The walk to Sunset Beach was fantastic. We only stayed one night but it was a very well updated home, the deck looked like a great place to relax. Lots of space with the bedrooms, great bathroom for the downstairs rooms. Hope to visit and stay again.”

“Great World Cup location. Perfect house for visiting Niagra falls, Niagra on the lake and the World Cup.”

“Clean and in great area about 15 minutes to Falls. Snacks were a bonus. House had everything we needed and any questions we had of Host was quickly responded. Woud recommend”

“The trailer is rented by an owner and the park front desk refer all questions and issues to the owner. I did not understand or clue in that I was renting from an owner, so although it makes sense that the resort front desk is not responsible for the trailer, the quick deflection to the owner was not what I expected.”

“Truly a beautiful house, and a great location. Do not hesitate to book you will not regret it.”
