“The space of the guest room is big enough and is quite clean. I like the view from the balcony of my room which I can see the canal and a nice sky view.”

“Visited with family after reading the reviews. However, it fell short of our expectations. Bathroom appeared outdated with no body wash. There were only Shampoo. Bathtub had lot of stains. I will avoid this next time.”

I honestly don’t understand how this place is allowed to operate in this condition. The walls were covered in years of built-up grime and dirt. We never took our shoes off inside the room, and we slept fully clothed because it felt so unclean. The doors only had a single lock, and the plexiglass windows made us feel unsafe. “The security was good, the amenities were great especially with the kids reaching out to them. It was a great experience and will like to use them again.”

“We had specific issues because of the age of the room. The toilet was very low, was not tight and rocked and would not fill properly. One of the bedside lights which was hardwired would not stay on. Wiring issue? We were advised to ask for a newer room.”
