Open-air eateries, live music, shopping, farmers market, luau, and activities right next door, Enjoy the tranquility garden setting and swimming pool, whirlpool and BBQ on site. The studio if fully equipped with full size refrigerator and everything you need for a relaxing stay and Big Island adventures have to offer. My Place: My unit offers in room internet, balcony, cable TV channels, cooking facilities, swimming pool, whirlpool, BBQ and refrigerator, coffee market, coffee machine and hairdryer. There is also laundry facilities on site. Restaurants, galleries, farmers markets and night life nearby.

      very frustrated with the properties condition so poor it shouldn't be on the market

      VRBO Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience renting this unit. I have stayed in better places for less than fifty dollars a night. The first time I walked in the unit there was a terrible odor probably because of the dirty filthy carpet that was badly stained, fortunately after turning on the air conditioner it helped bring in fresh air and it helped take some of the odor away but caused my wife's asthma to flare up. The refrigerator was so small I could barely fit anything in it and the door wouldn't shut all the way so the things I was able to put in didn't get very cold. This caused me to have to buy an ice chest to keep things cold. I had to make four trips to the store for ice during my stay to keep things cold. I don't remember reading anything about the unit being on the third floor. This is a big deal when you consider that my wife is handicapped, it was a real struggle for her. Half the time I had to park my vehicle in a lot outside of the facility another inconvenience that should be noted about the unit for people to understand about the unit. I shouldn't have to stay in a unit that looks like it is in desperate need to be remodeled and updated to meet a higher standard than this unit represents. While on the subject of remodeling the kitchen area is deplorable I would be embarrassed to rent something that looks like this. Everything looks like it is fifty years old and in need of an upgrade if the owner is going to charge this much money this area should be in better shape. I was hard for me to prepare my food under these conditions, just disgusting with these little bugs running all over the place. In the middle of the night I would turn on my phone and there would be these little bugs on my phone. This to me is a sign of a major infestation in the unit. I am pretty sure that it is against the building code to have a bathroom area without a window or exhaust fan. There is an exhaust fan with a light inside it but the fan doesn't work and the cover is off of it. If I owned a place like this I could never rent it out until it was put into decent shape. This wasn't a place that I could look forward to going home to at the end of the day. It Was more like a place I dreaded to return to but I had no choice but to live with the circumstances we were in. I would have thought that VRBO would have better standards than to allow a unit in this kind of condition to be rented out for someone to live in. John Larsen

        Great value, would stay here again

        Both the condo and the complex were better than expected. The deck is lovely. I especially liked the locking screen on the front door to get cross ventilation and fresh air, no A/C required. Although this is a condo you check in like for a hotel. Parking was tight but there's public parking a short walk away. The condo is only a few steps from restaurants along the ocean. 5 stars for value.

          schön, aber nicht hervorragend

          Die Lage des Appartments ist sehr schön, ruhige im Grünen liegende Wohnung und keine 5 Minuten zu fuß bis in das Zentrum. Der in die Jahre gekommene Teppichboden wirkte nicht frisch und die fehlenden und kaputten Abdeckungen in Küche und Bad kann ich nicht gut heißen. Die allgemeine Ausstattung ist ordentlich mit Luft nach oben.
