Great location just outside Kailua Kona

The property and rooms were very nice, clean and a cute little place. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. The stovetop was the only thing. We couldn’t figure out how to use it, and since it was early in the morning did not want to bother our hosts…🌺

Beautiful mature landscaping and very private with your own inground pool. After one hour, I did not mind at all using the outdoor hallway! The coqui frogs ... I loved. Peter was always busy making improvements. And we chatted alot ... gonna have to dock his pay!! And Cathy had the property decorated for Christmas! Really down to Earth individuals ... and present. This second place is managed by a 1 800 number. Getting the assistance I need but, just not the same!!!

This place is a gem. The beds are comfortable, there is a full kitchen, the shower is great, there is a great outdoor dining area, you are welcome to use the inground pool, and the backyard is a great spot to watch the sunset. Cathy and Peter are very welcoming. I highly recommend this property!
