“Property is beautiful as far as scenery right there on the ocean. Pool needs some updating and chairs need new cushions , they were dirty with stains and food. We love the colony and have stayed there before.”

“Wasn’t aware there was construction going on however the rooms were very clean and updated. No noise noted and the staff were amazing! Just a little dust at the property due to construction but did not interfere with stay. About a mile walk to the shops and restaurant but I preferred it. Made for a quiet area. The restaurant is 10/10! Will stay again!”
