Pros: The price. Convenient located to where we needed to be
Cons: The decor certainly needs freshening up
Location: Very handy to Bluewater shopping centre and to the bridge over the Thames
Looking rather tired, but hotel tells me plans are in hand to remedy that. We have stayed here several times without problems, but this time we had a room on ground floor, by hall doors and store room which was in frequent use in the early hours and therefore there was a lot of noise. I would stay there again but would pick my room!

Thank you for taking the time & sharing our good conversation. Indeed we are doing our homework! As for your room, fair point that we had not considered (it is opposite my office! Sorry!); you'll pick the room you like. Promise. See you again soon

Shopping trip

DSS Occupied, water pipes Clang and Clatter

Posted Oct 8, 2015
Pros: Nothing Really
Cons: Refund my money and pay attention to customers concerns
Location: nothing
I have visited this Hotel 3 times to conclude that, this is a very basic Hotel, there is no lift, to the top floors, No Air conditioning if it gets hot (not even a fan), if you like your bed sheets changed every day, forget it because Campanile hotel Dartford changes bedsheets every 3 days, the phone in my room did not work when i need to speak to reception, i had to come down from the top floor, and go to reception and when i got there, the receptionist on duty that day Katy was no where to be found for 45 minutes. The water pipes in wall would clang and clatter when people are awake and using the taps, then goes quiet sometimes after 12 midnight, when people are asleep, as soon as the hotel residents start waking up and start using the water, water pipes in the wall start to bang and clatter, the Hotel has 2 main buildings, the building on your right when going into the hotel left are meant to British gas workers and other people that goes to work early in the morning, if the hotel puts you at the building on the left (that is the building on your left when facing the hotel as you come into the Hotel) you are more likely to come in contact with those referred to the Hotel on DSS, e.g, those with learning difficulties that would keep you awake day or night. My last visit i only spent 2 days out of 4 days. i had to leave due to problems at the hotel room which the hotel could not be bothered to fix, up till now Campanile Hotel is yet to refund the money

hotel voor doorreiziger

Posted Oct 6, 2015 on Ebookers
