Downtown Studio, your place to stay while in Sun Valley

Cozy, beautifully decorated queen bed studio. We are located 2 1/2 blocks from downtown Ketchum. The studio has a small under the counter refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. We are 1/2 a block from the bus stop to take you to the mountain or up to Sun Valley. You will love the fact that you don t have to drive anywhere. You can walk or take the free shuttle. The studio is located on the bottom floor of our three story townhouse. It is at the end of the street in a small quiet 10 unit complex.

Nice Cozy Studio in Ketchum!

I feel so fortunate to have found this little “gem” in the heart of Ketchum. It was on the edge of downtown so you were still downtown but on a very quiet private street. The home was immaculately clean and Terry and Maria were the most amazing host. Highly recommend their Knob Hill Studio

Maria has added a lot of nice touches to her studio apt. Bathrobes, laundry soap, even scissors and really anything you could need. I stayed a week there for work. It's in a great location, within walking distance to just about everything in downtown Ketchum. Very nice people. Very nice price. Very nice stay. I highly recommend.

This property is in a great location for walking around Ketchum and Sun Valley. It's quiet and clean. The owners are exceptional and it's a reasonably priced lodging option in the heart of the town.

We had a fabulous trip staying in this perfect condo!Fabulous restaurants and shopping in walking distance. We also enjoyed golfing and even bowling at Sun Valley lodge. Host very prompt at returning questions, even while they were out of the country. Thank you for the lovely accommodations
