"Overall it was decent, just some minor complaints. Hotel room was okay but not what I reserved. What they say is ocean view is exaggerated, it’s across the highway through trees and poles, and not easily accessible (have to cross 4 lanes of traffic with no crosswalk). Pool was nice and food was good at toasted coconut, but no other real restaurant on the property. Lobby was beautiful and property was clean. "Marilyn who handled the continental breakfast at Duval Garden was amazing. She was very helpful in getting us towels. Friendly, caring and courteous. The front desk was of not help. Do not like the texting way to communicate as we got not response. "

"Pools were clean , breakfast quality and service very good. Staff attentive to all questions, and rooms very clean with great AC, most important in the Keys. Grounds well kept and maintained throughout the day. Easy walk and access to all Key West hot spots. Excellent service throughout our 8 day stay. We will be back again next year for visit #4."
