This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom corner unit condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It is on the quiet side of the building offering mountain views from the private balcony. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a flat screen TV above a gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. This condo is on the quiet side of the building facing away from the village and the private balcony offers mountain views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The breakfast bar is tucked away in a small nook so it also doubles as a work area. The oversized full bathroom has a large vanity and shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom has its own access to the bathroom and features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV.

Ski weekend

We came from Denver and just wanted something easy for a couple of days of skiing before Christmas. The size of the condo was good for the short stay and the pull out sofa was comfortable for our kids. The location is great, easy to get to slopes and all the shops in the village. Also appreciated the heated parking and access to the Dakota pool and hot tubs.

Well stocked kitchen, nice large bathroom. Enjoyed the king bed, although they're want really room for our suitcases in the bedroom. Building had and issues with the hot tub jets while we were there, but that seemed resolved in a couple days

Very nice but noisy

Everything is nice and as expected, but the apartment is located on the noisy location. It is just next to the street and to the bus stop. They were so noisy. It was not possible to sleep in the mornings.

Spouse and my Getaway

My husband and I stayed four nights in this one bedroom condo which was well stocked with everything we needed to cook as that is what we did. We don't eat out alot and they had all kinds of crock pots, a tea pitcher, plates, and everything we needed. The location was great for a rested get a way and the hot tub was great....there were 2 side by side and one was lukewarm while the other hot so we were able to get in the hot one and then transfer to the cooler one and stay at hot tub for an hour which is much longer than you normally get to due to the temperature. Very nice place to stay...oh and the bed was like laying on cotton for softness and the sheets were so comfortable and soft. Would stay here again 100x over.

quiet and cozy

Luckily, Dillion and Silverthorne were close enough that we found things to do. We enjoyed the fire place every night, but the sofa was not that comfortable and having to look up so far too see the tv was a bit hard on our necks. We had all the kitchen supplies we needed and were able to cook our breakfasts. It was a good experience overall!

However the building elevators were both broken so we had to take the stairs up 4 flights each time. Not fun when you are lugging heavy large pieces of luggage and making multiple trips up the stairs located opposite sides of the building. Hallway temperatures were either too hot or too cold. The climate controlled garage is good but totally sucked you have to drag luggage up the stairway since the elevators were always broken. The time it did work, it was later in the day after I already dragged my luggage up the stairs. Then it goes out of service almost immediately again! Probably look for another location when I return later this season.

My only critique is two tiny bars of hotel soap is likely not enough for a week long ski vacation. You have to buy your own after that, so just a heads up you might want to buy/bring your own. Also, this whole check in at 4pm thing and check out at 10am while also taking out trash and recycling for the price paid is beginning to feel like an over reach on price to benefits. I get it that they have many spread out units to clean, but this is a little ridiculous IMO.

Clean and comfy

This was perfect for us. We needed an overnight stay and found this spot. The very clean unit a nice kitchen and the bathroom was large. Very nice experience.
