“The property is very convenient to the beach, maybe 100 yards and no roads to cross. There are a couple of bar/restaurants within 200 ft of the place, and the Wrightsville beach pier (fishing) is 100 yards away. The condo is very nicely set up with everything one would need. There's covered parking for 1 car and a small outdoor storage area with a lock. It has a washer & dryer, dishwasher, and newer, clean bathroom. There are one king-size bed and two bunks. There is a nice deck. It was perfect……

“We travel to Wilmington a couple times per year to see our son. We stay in the downtown area each time. This condo was one of our best stays. It was immaculate. The host was very responsive and sent our check in info at the perfect time. We loved the 3:00 check in time as it suited our arrival time. This unit comes with a parking pass and that was nice. Many units in this complex do not include the parking pass. If you enjoy walking, you can keep your car in the parking deck all weekend.……

“Nice apartment in excellent location with numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance. Quiet and clean. Some nice touches like bottled water in refrigerator and small bags of chips on kitchen counter. Garage parking was a very short walk and the parking pass worked great. There were a number of small issues: 1) front door lock ‘sticky’ and difficult to open, 2) no place to work on a laptop computer, 3) floor-to-ceiling curtains lack the handy poles used to slide them open and closed,……

“The location was perfect for our stay in Wilmington, a few blocks from the waterfront and Downtown and its numerous restaurants. There was a main water break in corner of the street the night before our last, but it was not communicated to us, we happened to walk by it, so I sent a message to the property manager to let them know (so they could let the other tenant know as well) but never heard back from him/her. “My daughter and I were doing a college tour of the Great South. We booked this property from Expedia the day of. We arrived to find that this was not a hotel but a condominium being rented out as a short term rental. So there was no reception desk. The address given was for a retail store and there was very little signage to identify it. After the wonderful interaction with a resident of the building she let us know about the check in protocol. After searching numerous emails and texts we found……
