Worst hotel I have stayed on koh Chang

How can this hotel be rated 4 star ??? The hotel is completely isolated from amenities which is ok if there is transport or motorbike rental at hand ( this was not the case) totally trapped there with no means of transport to visit other places. Although the Reception Manager tried his best , he had only been working at the Hotel 7 days and could give no answers to any information we asked about the local area or the island. I counted around 5 staff for the whole place. It was evident there was no grounds maintainence staff as the plants and shrubs were mostly dead and there was broken branches and leaves everywhere. It seemed like the buildings were built and then left to the elements without any regular mainainace. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody. The staff tried their best but there was clearly too few of them to cover all the jobs needed to keep the place in order. A big Zero out of 10 for myself and friends. We actually left after the first night and took the hit on the money we paid upfront. If we hadn't left our holiday would have been very disappointing .

A scham in progress !!

I booked online cause it was the holiday season and wanted to guarantee a room on arrival to koh chang. I was first disappointed by the location which was far away from any civilization a long walk from the public road. Then the manager tried to convince me I had to pay for my stay but i showed him my Oribitz pre-paid receipts. Then we were surprised when he told us that the restaurant only opens at 8pm for dinner! Apparently the cook only shows up then! The spa no longer exists and there was no water in our room! This is when we asked to leave ... its a shame because the rooms were really pretty and they had a nice infinity pool ... this is a bankrupt establishment ... be ware!!

โดยรวมก็ดีไม่ถึงกับดีมากและก็ไม่ถึงกับแย่ แต่ค่าห้องพักค่อนข้างแพง ถ้าเที่ยบกับการบริการ ความพร้อมในการจัดเตรียมห้องพักยังไม่ดีเท่าไร อาหารไม่อร่อย จืด บริการช้า พนักงานดีค่ะ ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสดี
