酒店是獨立屋,外形及內部都十分型格,我入住的是二房間格式,有兩層,上層為睡房,下層為客飯廳,內部很大及十分整潔,設備齊全,有電視Dvd,還有一般廚房用具(如微波爐、煲、鑊、刀、叉、杯、碟、碗等等)。 位置不用易找到,因為房間不是一般酒店的規模,獨立屋的位置與其屋是混合一起,好像一個社區,而GPS不準確,加上入住check-in時,是要先到另一位置,酒店房的公司辦理(正確公司名稱 hokkaido tracks,先公司公網頁查閱位置),一定要1700前到該公司,因為1700後沒有人辦公,位置雖然很難找,但當你入住後感覺很好,酒店附近有食市和酒吧,亦很近滑雪場,社區內提供免費巴士,從房到滑雪場。 整體感覺很好,有機會都會再次入住。

Great for family trip

Pros: Spacious, clean, modern
Cons: Expedia should update their office hours and add GPS code
Location: Fukidashi park Local hot sping Takahashi farm (highly recommend their drinking yogurt)
5 of us stayed at Konkuriito for 2 nights in September. The house we had was a 3 storey house, it was spacious, clean and got all the utilities that we needed. We were also offered a Hokkaido Tracks members card where we will get discounts on various onsens/restaurants on presentation. One thing is that on expedia it says that check in time is from 8am-9pm. We arrived before 9pm and could find our house/check in office with their phone number on the GPS. We somehow got into a house under the same development (thought that could be ours) and called the number on their log book. The staff was trying to explain to us the way to get to our apartment but realised that it was actually very difficult as it was in complete darkness at that time. They were nice enough to come to us and guided us to our house (it was just 1min away, inside an alleyway). I later found that Hokkaido Tracks sent me an email at 5pm(when they close) and gave us the GPS code, wish they had sent it earlier. Apart from the little problem of finding the house we are staying, everything was excellent. The staff were very nice and helpful. Expedia should update the check in time and maybe add GPS code of the office so this wont happen again. We are lucky that we have got a car and were able to find a unlocked house to make the phone call (the staff said that was very strange) as we did not have internet connection on our mobiles

Nice chalet and helpful staff

we stayed in K2 for 4 nights. New and spacious chalet, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 on ground floor (just toilet) which is satisfactory. Facilities are good. HT staff are cheerful and helpful and all speak good english. They picked us up from welcome center to the chalet and introduced the surrounding environment to us in details incl the restaurants, where to shop and onsen etc. at last day they are very helpful to pick us up (2 rounds) from the chalets to welcome center. This is actually very nice and helpful coz we can't walk or take the shuttle bus with all our luggages and snowboarding bags, really appreciate that. Just a couple of comments to make it perfect is: the chalet location is quite far from the welcome center (the ski lift) which walking takes like 15 mins on the snow or gotta wait for the shuttle bus which is usually very packed. Another thing is we thought there is cleaning everyday but within 4 nights, there is only 1 cleaning. And they just changed the towel (only the big size one) and to our surprise they just threw the used towels on the ground of the toilet but not taking them away ! That is the only thing they did as so called 'cleaning', no dish washing etc.
