Good stay but too much Covid

Very clean and cool room. I can recommend you to visit. But I think this hotel apply too much Covid countermeasure it was bit stressful for me.

Deficiente organización de la ocupació la terraza

Conociamos el hotel y es uno de nuestros preferidos en la Costa Brava por su decoración, su arquitectura, su ubicación y sus servicios. En esta ocasión nos ha depecionado la gestión de la ocupación de la terraza para las cenas . Nos ha sido imposible situarnos en la terraza y las explicaciones que se nos han dado no son convincentes.

Sea view lovely few issues with the hotel

The road to the hotel car park had many large potholes and was very uneven. We arrived about an hour early. We were told our balcony sea view room wasnt ready. Actually we believe it was but that there were workmen in the rooms above still working and making a noise. We had lunch in the restaurant which was ok. We realised during our stay that the menu for both lunch and evening meal was exactly the same. There were about 9 choices of main meals, however, of these 5 were for sharing and 4 of these 5 were rice dishes. The tapas dishes were tasty but very expensive. Even the peanuts at the bar are chargeable! As is water other than at breakfast. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The waiting staff were friendly. Our room was quite small, and there was a background smell of sewage in the bathroom. The hot water took forever to come through hot which wasted a lot of water considering the hotel is trying to promote eco friendly lifestyle this isn’t the way to go. No tea, coffee and kettle in the room. The walls of the room are thin enabling you to hear all adjacent room activity. Over priced for the room taking everything into account. I had a spa treatment which allowed me to use other facilities including the pools. However, if my husband my wanted to use the pools or gym there was a €23 charge even though he was a hotel guest as well, extortionate.

La Méditerranée et rien d'autre.

Emplacement exceptionnel. Une rénovation faite avec goût et retenue. C'est simple et beau. Rien à redire du service. Des chambres pas très grandes mais joliment décorées. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Des prix hors saison raisonnables.

Correct

Des fourmie tout autour de la baignoire. De la faince cassé dns les toilettes. Odeur de moissisures dans la chambres. Et pas bien expliqué mes enfants non pas pu accéder a la piscine je pensais que le spa etait séparé de la piscine .le personnel de services o top rien dire .

The hotel is nicely located away from the main turisty area. We stayed only 1 night, regrettably for us, so we have not had a chance to explore the surroundings too much. The room was comfortable and well equipped. We restaurant served great food and offered a nice wine selection. Service was great. We are planning to go back to fully enjoy this place.
