Safe and well located for our needs. Poor acoustics....we could hear conversations of people in unit above, even though it was apparent that they were not speaking particularly loudly.

Within walking distance to shopping, beach, grocery, etc. Noisy when someone is upstairs, toilet flushing, walking, chair moving, etc. The shower door is very hard to open. Cute little place - would stay again, but bring earplugs for upstairs noise.

Location was great. No blinds in sitting area. Shower had mold on tiles. Small bathroom. No tv in the bedroom was disappointing. Also bed wad way too low to the ground and too soft. Overall not very happy for the price. Expected alot more.

Nice place but lacking for the price.
Great location. Clean. Had a bad musty smell though. We had to go buy plug ins to stay there the smell was so strong. The AC only works in the living room. The bedrooms were very hot. They had fans but they just moved the hot air. Not enough towels for a location that sleeps 4 people for extended stays. I had to wash towels every night to have a fresh set for the morning. There were no plates or drinking glasses. For the price I was expecting it to be well equipped. It had assigned parking so that was nice. It was in a quiet clean neighborhood.

What we liked: Great location, parking, bedding, access to washer/dryer, great soap/shampoo/lotion. Would definitely come again. What we didn't like: Door lock had issues opening once during our stay. The only AC unit (wall unit) was struggling to cool the entire house so the bedrooms were a little hot. The washer had a weird smell. A little surprised we couldn't even watch the free channels on TV. One of the bathroom sinks was a little plugged up. Wish there was lighting near the staircase.

There is no central heat or air so the bedroom was quite cold. A space heater was provided which was nice but was not great at regulating the temperature. Unit is said to have two assigned parking spaces. The two spaces is really enough room for one car, which was occupied by somebody else. Very clean and well stocked. Great location.
