Il est au 1 er étage avec une vue sur le lac des Minimes et se compose d'un séjour avec BZ donnant sur un balcon , un coin cuisine équipée, une chambre avec un lit deux places, une salle d'eau et un WC indépendant. Les Plus de cette location à la mer : balcon avec salon de jardin pour apprécier la vue, parking privé, Piscine Juillet/Août sous réserve des conditions climatiques et sanitaires, résidence sécurisée. Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes). La wifi internet, les draps et le linge de toilette ne sont pas inclus dans la location. Il s'agit d'un service optionnel à réserver auprès de l'agence.
