The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third has two twin beds. There is a queen sized futon in the loft. Linens and towels provided.

Samoset is a condominium community with approximately 130 units. The community is extremely family-friendly and there are many children in the community. This is particularly true during the Summer months.

- Samoset does not allow pets, motorcycles, trailers, or renters to dock boats.

- All residents and guests are also expected to be respectful of their neighbors and to keep noise during sleeping hours to a minimum.
