“Nicely appointed studio apartment and convenient location. The bathroom is not suitable for everyone, a little awkward for a large person. Water pressure was not very good. I’ve never seen a note to tip the cleaning person which I thought was an unnecessary expectation since it is a small rental and the cleaning fee should more than cover the cost of cleaning. Time to dust the bathroom vent and on top of the refrigerator. Did have fun and perfect for our weekend in Nola.”

“Everything was great. Walking distance to some nice restaurants and st charles street line that runs 24hrs.. 7min drive to down town garden district that has many shops etc to explore”

“Overall positive, especially the willingness to modify the reservation due to our own personal time changes with the trip - we did have difficulties getting the AC to cool down the rooms, the remote would not reduce the temperature. Also, I was a bit taken aback by the text I received about a noise complaint supposedly received, there was only my wife and I in the apartment, and we not there much other than to sleep, and I received a text that had an aggresive tone of "guilty until proven……

“First, there is a convoluted process to just to gain access to the door of this unit. Then the key fob used to access the property was not working so I messaged the host. Three hours later, I messaged them Nd again in another three hours. They responded with the instructions on how to get in, but no remedy on the key. The next morning I get another message that they are working to resolve my issue. Not much help on check out day. The unit itself was just ok. The apartment is about a 30 minute……

“This location was ideal for us. We walked almost everywhere we wanted to go from here. There were 5 of us and we were all very comfortable in the apartment (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms). We were super happy with our 4-night stay.”

“We stayed for 5 nights. The condo was nice and big. Lots of privacy for all. You will need to bring your own USB wall plugs. Walgreens is near the trolley line if you need supplies and the trolley is just a few blocks away. The host had quick response times to my questions. ”

“This unit was perfectly located near the streetcar and bus stations and was a very walkable area. Only issue we had was the unit could have been cleaned better. Floors were missed and several items were found in the rooms that would have been removed had the cleaning been done properly. Otherwise the unit was as expected.”
