Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house and backyard but not the garage or rv garage or rv side gated area. Parking is in the driveway and front of house. Can accommodate 4 cars or toys in driveway and front of house. We are on a hill.
Other things to note
*No events or parties - Owner has right to ask guest to leave with no refund if rules are broken
*Quiet time after 10pm to 8AM
*Absolutely no glass or food or lotion in or around the pool/spa - if the pool needs drained for food or lotion it will be at the expense of the guest of $150.
Also hot tub cover is to be on hot tub when hot tub is not being used and 4 squeeze clips on to secure from wind. Hot tub cover has 4 squeeze clips holding cover down to the foundation. Guests must unclip all 4 corners of the cover BEFORE taking cover off. If clips are not unclipped and Hot tub cover is removed by force, breaking clips or ripping seam of cover a $200 fine will be accessed for repair costs.

*Pool and spa maintenance is usually done on Saturday or Sunday afternoon and usually takes less than 30 minutes. Maintenance person can access thru side locked gate and won't interrupt guests. We do not need to access the house for this.
Also, home owner may come on a Saturday or Sunday mid day to get jet skis from rv garage and return jet skis. Owner won't access house or backyard or interrupt guests.
