"First off, the location is excellent. It is easy to get to, and easy to find. The area is beautiful and open, with excellent views of the mountains. On our first morning we were greeted by two bull elks as they worked their way past the lodge! The lodge it spacious, clean and nicely organized. Many local reference pamphlets are available, so you're never wondering what you could do. It would be hard to find a nicer place to stay in Maggie Valley!!!"

"Wonderful cabin! Only thing needed was an outdoor area to keep trash so wildlife couldn’t get into it. Only thing to change is the toilet paper, it’s rough. We had to buy Charmin. Beautiful cabin, amazing views, great surprise to have board games. We will be back!"

"Wanted to be close to Asheville yet feel like i'm a million miles away. This was the perfect location as this home is in a private area at the end of a private street giving total seclusion and peace and quiet. town is a few minutes away and candler has had some great local options as well. Try Martinelli's pizza and Doc Brown's BBQ. all a few minutes away."

"This was a great house! All of the amenities were accurate. It was the best house my wife and I stayed at! Pet friendly and couldn’t even tell other pets had lived there. The price was perfect. Clean, no bugs, smelled fresh and clean. Our dog loved it! Quick drive to the Biltmore and St. Lawrence Basilica! Safe neighborhood. "Beautiful property, amazing views. Very clean! Close enough to town for anything you need or want to visit; and far enough away for the calm peaceful vacation feel. Could not ask for a better host. He made sure everything was top notch and always responded quickly if I had a question. This property did not disappoint! So nice this family shares their beautiful home we can vacation at…we even woke up to a beautiful dusting of snow our last morning. An advantage to the higher elevation!"

"We loved the porch and patio. Rarely stayed inside because the location and yard were perfect. Easy walk to many restaurants and shops. Great for 3 women in our 50s-60s to catch up relax and explore the area. The stairs to the house and stairs in the house were alot after a day of walking, but id do it again anyways!! Great hosts, well equipped home and comfortable."
