"We had a great stay here. I wish we stayed longer to enjoy the beach gear, cooler, etc that they kindly provide. We only stayed one night before another stay. We were thrilled to check out this side of the island as we had never been. We used the opportunity to hike Ram Head Trail at sunrise then snorkel at Salt Pond Beach. It is so close! Bill was great and gave us a tour. The AC works great! "

"It's an astounding feat to build and maintain a property in an environment like STJ, yet the owners did and rebuilt after Irma. The home is solid, literally and figuratively. The kitchen is spacious and was a joy to cook in. The appliances were top notch and I cooked on the outside Weber grill several times. The pool was the perfect size and could not have been cleaner. My husband enjoyed the hot tub, as he runs cold, even in tropical weather. The elevation of the home ensures that you get the breezes, it's lovely. Tammy, the manager was available momentarily by text or call and was pleasant. If you want to be in Coral Bay, away from the crowds and hustle, there could be no better place."

"Check-in and check-out were super simple. Office staff communicates by text upon flight arrival and drops a pin for easy navigation. St John roads are an adventure all by themself, so the pin really helps. We stayed in Guave and the view was stunning. From the spacious balcony you can see all of BVI as well Coral Bay and the east end of St. John. The unit is very nicely decorated and in good shape. The spacious kitchen has a surprising number of appliances, gadgets and even some common spices and condiments which really nice. The grounds are well kept as in the awesome infinity pool, though the property is a fairly steep hill and there are 54 steps between the upper units and the pool, and a few dozen more down to the rarely staffed office. The ladies are quick to respond to texts or calls though. There is a market just down the (very steep) hill, but the 20 minute drive into Cruz bay is well worth it (better still, stop by their market before heading to the mountain top). Their markets are better stocked and about 30% cheaper. If you want a peaceful retreat away from crowded family resort life and the best view on the island, Calichi is the place to be."

"Mykonos is the perfect villa for your stay on St. John! The pictures on site don’t do it justice. Breath taking from every spot. Easy enough to get to and close enough to town. Will most definitely be back. Vivica was a great host and quick to answer any questions. Very simple process. Plenty of room and every room immaculate. Can’t say enough…"

"We absolutely loved this property. My wife and I stayed here for a week and found it to be a very relaxing place to unwind after long days on the trails or beach. We loved how well appointed it was with lots of thought put into what we might need for our stay. The beach chairs and other items were most appreciated! We utilized the outdoor deck nearly every morning while we ate breakfast and found ourselves back out there in the evenings. The homeowner reached out to ensure our stay was going well and was responsive when I had a question. I simply can't say enough good things about this property. We LOVED it! Thank you!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Villa in Coral Bay. The absolute best views!! The villa was clean and had everything we needed. Loved having beach chairs/towels provided. I'm already dreaming of going back. Close proximity to a few really good restaurantes (Johnny lime is amazing, skinny legs good bar food), and Calabash market (we bought fresh fish and grilled it at the villa). 10/10 would recommend staying here! "

"Paradise on the mountain with views of Coral Bay. Bay Rum Breeze is an absolutely gorgeous home. What I wouldn’t give to have a family room wall to slide open and enjoy ocean breezes! Check in process was flawless. Beach towels provided, beach chairs provided, cooler provided (freezer filled with reusable ice packs); all made beach days so much easier. Very few miner “house” issues. Dining chairs were loose at joints, one stove burner didn’t light, dryer vent needed cleaning, dishwasher bottom rack was wonky. All these issues are typical home issues that were reported and some of them were addressed the same day! All in all a fabulous week with family and would highly recommend this home. Oh, and the frogs and lizards were awfully cute too."

Definitely would stay here again. Does need some updating, but nothing that would keep me from staying here again! Perfect place to stay, location is everything!"

"We LOVED our stay here! The porch / hot tub was a favorite every evening...perfect place to relax and watch the stars come out. Sunrise from the master bedroom was pretty hard to beat. The road up to the house is quite a journey but not unlike the rest of the island and totally worth the trek for the view!"

"First, management team was amazing to work with, very responsive as our arrival had several delays that complicated check in. Leo met us at Coral Bay Triangle, which at first I thought was odd, but soon realized the necessity in navigating the steep roads to find the property. You will need a 4x4 and some courage to come and go. They even answered us later in the evening when we were unsure of our turnoff in the dark. The house had a very well stocked kitchen, and all of the beach gear really came in handy. The outdoor showers were lovely. Having two large outdoor spaces facing the sunrise, was so nice. The pool area, cute & inviting. But the views, even more amazing than the photos, and if they are the only reason you come, you won’t regret it. I would be remiss if I didn’t note that the home was not immaculately clean, the beds were not properly made when we arrived, and it could really use a little TLC. The master sink was very slow to drain, the dishwasher rack was broken (though still usable), door handles broken, some patio doors were not usable, paint of the screened porch was rusted and peeling. All that being said, this is a remote location and I’m sure that makes maintenance difficult. I wouldn’t let any of it stop me from coming back, it is still an excellent value. I only mention because as a property owner myself, I would want to know. This was one of our family’s all time favorite vacations and Waterlemon Villa made for the perfect base camp."

"My husband and I loved our stay at Sapphire Peak 2. The space is comfortable and well decorated and maintained. Our greeter James and Beth were so accommodating and we loved the surprise welcome basket of goodies they prepared for us at check in. The views are amazing looking down on Coral Bay and in the mountains. Loved having a plunge pool to dip in to after a long day on the beaches in the sun. The villa is very conveniently located near Coral Bay beaches but also only a 15 minute drive to Cruz Bay and beaches on that side of the island. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked in several nights and enjoyed the serene surroundings. We would definitely recommend Sapphire Peak and hope to stay there again in the future."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sol Inclination. The home and grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The views are just incredible!! The property manager Beth made check in and check out a breeze. Beds are super comfortable. Kitchen is very well appointed. We’ve rented many vacation homes over the years, and this one is right up there at the top of our all time list. Just a special place on a special island. "
