"This property is a GEM! It’s absolutely breathtaking and we had an amazing experience. The house was clean, close to some local restaurants, and overlooked Salt Pond Bay which happened to one of our favorite snorkeling places! This is the first time my husband and I visited the island with our friends and truly we cannot wait to come back, Vicki is amazing and super easy to get in contact with. This place will not disappoint! Thanks so much for the wonderful experience and an unforgettable trip!"

"Best vacation stay ever! Gorgeous views of Coral Bay, easy access the North shore park beaches (favorite snorkel at Waterlemon Cay), the east end of the island to Haulover and the South to get to Miss Lucy's, Rams Head and Salt Pond. While it was a short easy drive back to Cruz Bay, our preference was enjoying the local spots right at the bottom of the hill. The house had a well stocked kitchen and we really enjoyed the relaxed approach to "leave it behind"...condiments, beer etc... check out Rhumb Line for incredible Thai food and painkillers at Skinny Legs, Fly out to Lime Out for tacos - all epic memories! I was worried about the drive but trust me...it was fun and easy to navigate - left shoulder - left shoulder. No one drives over 30mph and everyone is courteous. We enjoyed the slow pace of the island, low key vibes of Coral Bay, incredible views from the house and time with family at the most magical place. It was really nice to have easy access in all directions to the most beautiful beaches in the world, excellent snorkelling and then a great home to come back to every night to cook dinner as a family, wake up to sunrises over the BVIs, yoga on the porch followed up by a cup of Virgin Islands Coffee. It really doesnt get better. Not a single negative thing to say. Trying to decide between Cruz Bay or Coral Bay - choose Waterlemon Villa every time! We can't wait to come back."

"Just as advertised! Hiked Rams Head trail one morning from the property. It was nice staying on the east side for a couple of nights to hit up salt pond and Lameshurs. Loved that we could use the refrigerator and they provided drinking water. They have a great set up and provide a lot of extras like beach chairs and charged battery packs so that we could charge our cell phones at night! Thank you!"

"Once we got to the villa, we were in awe of the gorgeous property. Everything about the villa was superb. Our only regret is trying to use VRBO’s directions to the property which took us on a wild goose chase along steep roads we weren’t familiar with. The Vrbo directions had us on an adjacent mountain and took us to nowhere. Fortunately, the caretaker, Sarah, saved the day by sending us the correct address ( she had sent it once before and we didn’t know it was the same directions as VRBO) and after that, getting to the property was super easy."

"We loved staying at the stone cottage. Comfortable beds and furniture, the screen porch was great for keeping the bugs out, kitchen was well equipped , bathrooms on both floors was a nice touch. Can’t beat the location, an easy walk down to dolphin market and restaurants. Driveway was typical St. John driveway quick turn and up. We used the 4 wheel drive on the Jeep to get up it. Our one suggestion would be a shade on the porch to block the morning sun before 10 am."

"My wife and I recently traveled to St John and we were so happy we ended up at Alta Vista. The pictures don’t even come close to how beautiful this house is and the views at the property were breathtaking. The company that mages the property (Eric and Beth, especially) were beyond helpful and accommodating throughout our stay and gave us plenty of great recommendations as far as where to go what to do. The house has everything you could possibly need and then some. As beautiful as St John is it was hard to leave the house everyday but so nice coming back to. We can’t recommend them enough and can’t wait to come back!"

"Cottagey wonderfulness! This was a unique experience for my husband and me, which we really enjoyed. Super location so close to Great and Little Lameshur Bays, and to Salt Pond so made visiting these locations during our stay a breeze. Very clean and well accommodated place with lots and lots to make your stay convenient. Nice communication with owners prior to stay."
