This private condo is part of a well-maintained apartment-hotel, offering access to a beachside bar with music, a restaurant, a spa and a large pool area surrounded by lush gardens. Just a few steps from the famous Las Ballenas Beach and within a 12- minutes walk to the city center, this condo offers both tranquility and easy access to local attractions. This comfortable and spacious 70 sqm (753 sq ft) private apartment is located on the second floor, offering added privacy and scenic views of the lush, manicured gardens filled with native tropical vegetation. There is both a modest ocean view to the north and a modest mountain view to the south. \-Bedroom: Separate bedroom with a king-size bed, ceiling fan, safe, telephone, cable TV and WIFI. \-Bathroom: Full bathroom with a shower, sink, bidet and hairdryer, with ample storage for toiletries. \-Living Area: Spacious living and dining area with a newly renovated open-concept kitchen. \-Balcony: Large balcony with comfortable seating, a hammock and a dining area. \-Housekeeping: Weekly cleaning included for long-term guests: additional cleanings can be arranged for 15$US per service.
