Nice location. Good frontdesk hotel staff. The air conditioner is a little bit loud for sleeping.

Decent hotel close to strip - lacking room service

Did not have enough linen for extra traveler in suite. Did not get pillows till end. The utensils provided were without cleaning liquids. No extra garbage bags provided.

Easy access to Las Vegas Strip without the price.

Posted Apr 15, 2017
Pros: Price was right for family of 5. Plenty of room as well.
Cons: Cleaner floors
Location: Las Vegas Strip was only blocks away. We could see most of the well-known casinos from our 3rd floor balcony (MGM one direction, Wynn the other).
Nice size rooms, comfortable beds. To use the kitchenette you have to 'borrow' kitchen items from the front office. OK if you don't mind walking back/forth. Wish the hotel had provided enough linens off the bat for the 5 of us; but we were able to get what we needed from the office. The floors were terribly dirty. You could not walk barefoot or socks-only without picking up dirt from previous room visitors.

Uncooperative Manager.

Posted Mar 31, 2017
Pros: Nothing. It is definitely undergoing some remodeling work now
Cons: Replace the manager
Location: Lots.
Room we got has bad cigarette smell in it. Called the manager about it and she said sorry she is sold out and said we are most welcome to leave with no charge. Totally irresponsible. Went to the front desk and another staff took care of us and move us to a different room.

No, never, not at all, at any price.

Posted Feb 21, 2017
Pros: 1. The room smelled like it was cleaned. 2. We left
Cons: I do not see where anything can be done to improve it. It is a systemically flawed building in a rotten location.
Location: This is Las Vegas and our room overlooked a big ditch and there were renovation "gypsies" camped in the Parking lot with, pets, trailers, etc.
1. Room smelled ok and was just renovated (to look like 1970) 3 hangers, 1 wash cloth, no "stay" furnishings and we were told the elevator would be down on our check out day (so walk down 3 flights with our luggage) 2. The hotel is the worst hotel we have stayed in in Vegas in 35 years going twice a year. We will never stay in an Extended Stay again.

Great room, great service, mediocre breakfast.

Posted Feb 13, 2017
Pros: The room was great. The lobby attendant (wish I could remember her name) was excellent.
Cons: Fix the glitch with the room keys. I wish for a better breakfast but if that's all you can offer make sure it is clear on the website.
Location: We were close to the strip about 5 minutes away right next to the Palms Hotel. If I stood outside I could hear the music from the club at the Palms.
From the beginning the service was excellent. The front desk attendant was respectful and kind. Our room was great as well, it provided everything that was promised. I do have two complaints. The first being the breakfast. On the website it stated that a full breakfast was offered which was one of the reasons I chose the hotel. All that the breakfast had was some coffee and some muffins, that's it. That is more of a snack than an actual breakfast if you ask me. We had to go somewhere else for our meal. The second is the room key. The room keys worked once after that first time they would demagnetize and wouldn't work. I had to go down to the lobby several times because I couldn't get into my room. Aside from those glitches the hotel was comfortable and nice, I would go there again as long as the room key situation doesn't happen every time. But overall I had a good experience.
