"Our stay at the Bernini Palace was truly unforgettable. The hotel, set in a gorgeous 15th-century palace, felt like stepping back in time but with every modern comfort. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and cared for.
Our room was elegant and comfortable, with beautiful touches that made it feel special. Breakfast in the stunning hall, under frescoed ceilings, was one of the highlights of our trip."
"This hotel is a great place to stay, very close to everything. Walkable to shops, restaurants and most tourist places. Staff are very accommodating. They will store luggages as well. Thank you!"

"We loved our stay at Hotel Spadai, wished we could have stayed longer.
The hotel is very clean. Our room was beautiful. It had nice big windows in the room and the bathroom. The deep soaking tube in the bathroom was appreciated after a long day of walking and shopping. The complimentary mini bar was great. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and the coffee was delicious.
The location is perfect, very central, easy to walk to all the sites, shopping and restaurants.
The staff was very nice and helpful.
Thank you for a fantastic stay. We will definitely be back ❤️"
"Fantastic hotel right in the heart of the most popular tourist spots. Staff are amazing. The rooms are great and very quirky. Rooftop bar and restaurant is amazing. You can have breakfast up there too. The hotel has two properties and the other has a lovely small champagne bar and you can have breakfast in there if you prefer. There no lobby space as such but you don't need it. Be sure to book the rooftop for dinner as it's really popular. "
"I had a great stay! Room was clean and very well decorated. I really loved the design. There are multiple lounge locations on the property including roof top, cafe and bars. I would suggest not getting the provided breakfast it was very skimp but the cafe has better options. There a restaurant directly adjacent to the hotel, very good for dinner but make a reservation.
Overall the location is very walkable 10-15 minutes to main attractions, restaurants, cafes!
Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful!
Would 100% stay again! "
"We had a fantastic stay at IQ Hotel Firenze! We were surprised with a bottle of champagne for our anniversary on arrival — such a lovely touch. The room was very comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the spa and pool were wonderful for relaxing. Everything was spotless. Highly recommend!"
"Check in is a little bit confusing, just need clear indication at the entrance of building that you need to take the elevator to A level to check in, other than that, ladies at reception are polite, helpful and friendly! Building is clean and safe, room is roomy and clean and location couldn’t be better! Right in the center of town, walkable everywhere and stores and restaurants even laundromats at a short walking distance. Breakfast service is provided at a restaurant short walk from the hotel, simple but good options provided to fill your stomach and prepare for a day of sightseeing. I Would definitely stay here again! "
"Great breakfast- and so many steps!! There is a lift, but there are floors off to the side between floors as well. Room was spacious, clean bathrooms. Fairly quiet, for being in such a busy location. Highly recommend. "
"Excellent hotel right in the centre and within easy reach of everything you could possibly want. Superb room with 2 bathrooms!!!!! Unheard of.
Gorgeous staff on reception and at breakfast.
Pool does sit in the shade so is cold but that didn’t bother the kids.
Stunning sunset view from rooftop. "
"Very nice hotel. Very close to train station. Room was like brand new and modern, 5 star. Great breakfast. Made to order cappuccino. Turn down service, gift on arrival, turn down gift, free water, fully equipped room, slippers, etc. kind and friendly staff. Very well priced. "
