Spacious 1350sqft 2 bed / 2 bath apartment offers a clean comfortable stay right off of I-75 exit 87 in Richmond and the EKU campus. Close to Richmond Centre for shopping and food. Centrally located for ease of commuting to downtown Richmond, Wal-mart, Kroger, and numerous restaurants. Easy self check in / check out process. Security cameras on site. Full size washer / dryer in unit.

The space
This apartment is 1350 sq/ft with 2 bedrooms. Master bedroom has 2 big walk-in closets, and a luxurious master bathroom with large walk-in shower. There is a full-size desk for work and 55” Roku TV. The 2nd bedroom has 2 well sized closets and a 40” Roku TV. The Living Room has a love seat and a day seat/trundle bed that doubles as a couch and 2 separate twin beds for accommodating more guests. There is a 65” Roku TV with a sound bar above an electric fireplace. The kitchen offers numerous amenities. Stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove/oven.

Guest access
Self checkin through the front door with their smart lock code. Guest’s have access to the full apt with the exception of locked storage closets. Guest’s are welcome to enjoy the cozy outdoor patio and furniture.

The perfect place to stay!!
This was my first time going through Vrbo and super impressed with this property and its host. The apartment was exactly as the pictures showed, super clean and far exceeded my expectations. Location was right off the expressway and only five minutes from the EKU Center for the Arts. Our host was super friendly and very prompt on responding to any questions that I had. If you are visiting the Richmond area I highly recommend staying here. I give this property a 10 out of 10!!
