Located right across from the Chessie Trail and Maury river, this house offers great access to outdoor spaces. Just a 3 minute drive to the heart of charming downtown Lexington. Lexington offers history, culture, a thriving downtown, hiking trails, fishing and kayaking on the Maury River, and of course, gorgeous views of the Blue Ridge Mountains! This cottage is a stand alone building with a smart TV, wifi, full kitchen, double reclining sofa, a triple bunk bed (full, twin, twin), and a queen bed.

This place is quiet, clean and within 7 minutes or less driving distancing to VMI campus/downtown Lexington. Audrey was very responsive and flexible with us checking in an hour or so early to drop off our stuff before we head out to our event. I could see our family staying here again in the near future.

Amazingly clean and convenient!
We were so impressed by the cleanliness of this property and the responsiveness of the host! We traveled with three kids, one being an infant, and we had zero issues letting them get in the floor to play before bed. (We normally avoid that while traveling, but it was just that clean and tidy.) The property is peaceful -- no loud noises -- and met our needs with ease. Convenient for travel and close to restaurants, too. We would definitely stay here again!
