Welcome to my Hotel studio unit at Kauai Beach Resort ( Originally Hilton) !

My ocean view unit is located on the 4th floor with ocean and pool views from inside and balcony of my place. My room number is 2416 which is the 4th floor of the main building. This is about the best view at the resort and the most convenient location with access to shops, restaurants, elevator, microwave, and the front desk. No hauling your bags or long walks each time you use your car.

A lounge room on the 5th floor ( same building) provides you with a fridge, computer, and large comfy sofas.

Kauai Beach Resort set on 25 lush acres on Kauai’s longest beach and is centrally located on the east shore of Kauai, about half way between the north and south shores. It is only 3 miles away from airport. The walk along this Beach is about 3 miles long and is quite scenic.

PRICE includes complimentary prepaid RESORT PASS and check out cleaning fee, includes access to all the facilities except shuttle service and cultural activities like, lei making class and hula lessons.

-Three restaurants offer a large variety of dining options
-Fitness center on property, use included in resort fee, use your room key to enter the facility.
-Coin-laundromat on property in Building #1.
-There is an outdoor shower conveniently located near jacuzzi , Thank you for rinsing off the sand before returning to your room.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
-There is no daily maid service. Please contact me if you need maid service, $65 full mail service. $25 towels exchange and garbage remove.

There will be a starter supply of coffees, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and bar soap.
Please note that these are only a starter supply.

Parking (Pay to the Resort at front desk):
$30/day parking fees.

-What's the difference between renting from me VS renting directly from Hotel?
Mainly price, but also maid service. Renting direct through VRBO usually saves you a lot of money; however, daily maid service is not included. The check out cleaning fee takes care of cleaning and re-stocking the unit after you leave.

- Is this a 1 bedroom condominium?
It is resort luxury studio but individually owned.

- Is there a kitchen?
No, just a 4.4 cu ft mini fridge and coffee maker.

-Is there a resort fee?
There is no daily resort fee If you book from me, but there is one time resort fee $75 and cleaning fee $95, total of $170 collected at time of booking which gives you access to the amenities and a cleaning of the room after your departure.
