KAUAI BEACH RESORT

My unit is a hotel room located in the Kauai Beach Resort and Spa about 2 miles from Lihue Airport. It is centrally located and midway between the North Shore and the South Shore. It is just a few miles to Lydgate Park, Wailua Golf Course and the main town of Lihue.

There are 4 pools, 2 whirlpool spas, a full-service restaurant and bar. There is also a pool bar located at the sand pool. They have live music on property almost every night.

There is also a full service spa and treatment facility. It is called Hawaiian Rainforest Spa.

UNIT 3206 DESCRIPTION

My unit is about a one minute walk to the beach!

It is freshly updated with two seating areas. A king size bed, and a shower and tub combination.

4 sets of bath and hand towels.

* A larger than normal hotel refrigerator.
* A Keurig coffeemaker (Coffee, sugar and coffee mate provided)

I provide everything you've ever wanted in a hotel room that hotels don't provide.

*4 Beach/Pool Towels for use at the resort or for the beach. There is a $20.00 charge for each missing towels.

It is important to me to be clear and upfront so my guests know exactly what they are purchasing.

You are renting a hotel room from a private owner. It is located in a hotel resort called Kauai Beach Resorts and Spa.

Some of the benefits of renting from a private owner are the following:

1. Price - My units daily rate is 30% to 50% less than a comparable room with a comparable view through the Resort. It also has many in room amenities(Keurig Coffeemaker, plates, cups, blender, larger refrigerator and much more) that are not provided in the Resort units or most of the other Private Owner Units.

2. Another difference is that I do not provide a daily cleaning. For a stay of 7 days or longer I will provide a mid-stay cleaning at my expense. If you desire a mid-stay cleaning for a shorter stay we can provide that for a $50.00 charge. My unit is cleaned thoroughly prior to your arrival. The cleaning fee is $150.00 and is included in the total cost of your rental. This includes your Resort fee.

3. Parking is $24.00 + tax per day. Effective January 1, 2023 it will be increased to 29.00 per day. It is controlled by the Resort and you will pay them directly.

4. Four Grey and White Pool /Beach towels are available in your room. There is a charge of $20.00 for each missing towel.

5. Please check both the State of Hawaii and the Kauai County Covid Websites for update on travel to Hawaii and Kauai.

6. As a guest of a Private Unit you have full access to the pools, the grounds, the beach, the whirlpool spas, the business center, the restaurant, the lounge, the poolside bar, live music, the fitness room, yoga class and the Hawaiian Rainforest Spa. The Hotel Shuttle and some cultural classes and activities are not available to Private Unit guests.

Air-conditioned accommodations at this apartment offer DVD players and safes. Rooms open to balconies. Guests can make use of the in-room refrigerators and coffee/tea makers.
