Kitchenette includes mini fridge, stovetop, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, and basic cookware/utensils. Heated for cool weather; fans available in summer. A simple, cozy setup for two. Falling Waters, a cozy one-bedroom riverside cabin, sits directly on the banks of the Pemigewasset River. This rustic retreat provides a peaceful setting immersed in the natural beauty of the White Mountains. The cabin accommodates up to two guests and includes the following: \*\*Sleeping Arrangements:\*\* One queen-sized bed with fresh linens, curtains, and shades for restful sleep. Guests often enjoy nature’s own “sound machine” - the calming river just outside. \*\*Bathroom:\*\* Full bathroom with a stand-up shower, towels, and complimentary body wash and shampoo. \*\*Entertainment & Comfort:\*\* Comfortable living space with a couch, cable TV, and a decorative fireplace (not for use). Falling Waters is equipped with heat for year-round comfort.
