"The apartment is in a great location and close to downtown, river and restaurants. It’s less than 20-min walk from the train station. The laundry and dryer on site are handy. The only issue with our unit is that we could hear noises a kid was making from the next unit in the living room/kitchen, but the bedroom is quiet. "

Customer service from the rental company was friendly and helpful with good detail provided on how to reach and enter the apartment. The only issue would be that we contacted them regarding additional bedding when we arrived and never received any response to this, however managed to make do with what was on the beds...

"Overall great location and nice sized unit. Elevator was not working for 2 days and it was inconvenient. It could have some more basic stuff like paper towels, shampoo, spare trash bags. "

Service was great, especially as you don’t see anyone. They responded to emails and calls promptly when required. Also able to store luggage at a property close by if needed.
