“Literally located steps from just about everything you need and not far from places you want to see. This two bedroom, one bath apartment has been newly renovated and was very clean. It was on the smallish side but it is NYC after all. Check in/check out was very easy; host always responded quickly. One bedroom had full/queen bed with a good sized closet. The other bedroom had a full/twin bunk bed but no closet or clothing storage; one of my few suggestions would be to add hooks or a dresser.……

“Property address on listing showed 45th St. but later discovered the actual property is on 9th Ave - about a city block away. I followed the check-in instructions and walked down the street to a lockbox that was chained to a city fire hydrant. Returned and tried to enter the 45th St. address and was stopped and informed it was a shelter. We took an Uber from the airport so we had to haul luggage to 9th Ave in 30 degree weather. In excellent condition, the unit would be basic. First, it smelled……
