"Hoy tuve una experiencia horrible en ese hotel,me salida era a las 11 de la mañana. A las 9 de la mañana fue la persona de limpieza toco y aviso a ver que no respondí se retiró luego de 20 minutos me habrieron la puerta con la tarjeta y yo tenia puesto el lock por dentro no pudieron entrar ,unos 10 minutos después hicieron lo mismo y estaban forzando quitarle el lock a la puerta con una pequeña navaja y la vi por que me pare y los vi una vez me vieron se retiraron , supuestamente era la supervisora y el seguridad por que segun ellos yo sali de la habitacion a las 7 segun ellos lo vieron en el sistema pero no tiene lógica nada de lo que ellos dicen ,cuando uno entrega una habitación entrega las llaves y estaba supuesto que antes de ellos forzar la puerta llamaran a la habitación y no lo hicieron, nos asustamos mucho y a nuestros entender ellos pueden tener esa costumbre y robar pertenencias de los huéspedes. Yo hasta me asuste que ellos nos podían hacer daño físico. No eligan nunca este lugar la administración es sospechosa fue una experiencia horrible mis hijos estaban muy asustados."
