Located above the prestigious Malmaison hotel and has amazing city views from the 10th Floor.

Modern open plan living room, kitchen & dining (seats 4). Kitchen includes fridge/freezer, electric oven & hop, microwave, coffe machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. Complimentery refreshments are provided. The living room features floor to ceiling windows, large screen TV with ondemand subscription TV & music services included. Larger groups (5/6 guests) will have use of the 2 single sofa beds here.

The master bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom (complimentery toiletries provided) with fastistic views of the Liver Building and River Mersey. On request the bedroom can be setup with either a king size bed or 2 single beds.

The second bedroom offers the same amazing views, mood lighting and can also be set up on request with either a king size bed or 2 single beds. There is a second bathroom with stand alone shower off the hallway.
Liver View Apartment enjoys amazing city views including The Royal Liver Building and the River Mersey. Floor to ceiling windows in both bedrooms and the living room. Both bedrooms can either be configured with either twin or king size beds.

Nice property not well equipped
The flat and location were great; but it was not properly equipped. There was no sponge for doing dishes; only a single tablet for the dishwasher; no detergent for the clothes washer - which had no directions on how to use it; no tissues; and the main bedroom shower didn't work. We'd have tried to communicate this to the manager, but there was no responsiveness there.

Great central flat with views
The flat was very easy to access and has amazing views, especially at night. It also has a great terrace (for when it’s not raining). Loved Liverpool and love the location of this flat in it. The flat decor is stylish but some elements could benefit from an update. But that is probably reflected in the price. The Wi-Fi was quite temperamental when we stayed.
