“Right in the center of town, we got up in the morning (they actually packed up aTakeaway breakfast for us) and walked four blocks to the train. They were actually very helpful the next day when it turned out, our agent had not planned for our return to Cusco so we got back to the hotel and they called a friend who got us a taxi. "The hotel was very clean, and the accommodations were comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept very well. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and attentive. Since the evenings in Cusco can be quite cold, we informed the staff, and they immediately brought us a portable heater—such a thoughtful touch! The hotel also provides drinking water, complimentary drinks, and small cookies, which was a lovely bonus. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco! 😊 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"There isn't a lift. Would have been good if it was mentioned before cause we had two 23kg suitcases which we had to carry up to the 5th floor. Also had I known there isn't a lift prior I would have mentioned it to the hotel that we re travelling with heavy suitcases and requested for a lower floor"
