We stayed in the double-bedroom in 1st floor (1st floor above the street). Bathroom and kitchen used with 4 other people. Price in comparison to value you get is excellent! Only small remark: smell of Cleaning product was quite intensive. People with sensitive nose may find it too iintensive.But this might be changed easily.

Beautiful room! Great location! Super friendly and helpful staff! Breakfast was delicious and generous! We really enjoyed our stay at The Ambassador.

This place is just a notch above a hostel. Only difference is you have a private room and bathroom. One key per room, no matter how many people are in the room. Refrigerator is located in the management office which is locked up most of the evening. Microwave is in a bottom floor lounge that is locked clearly evening and not unlocked until 10am. TV in rooms only work for streaming if you have an account with the streaming service. No elevator/lift at all. They’ve put a lot of work into this place to make it a hotel and it looks good but it is lacking in amenities.

Comfy big bed and nice big room. Everything you could want for an overnight stay. Staff were super helpful and friendly and I would say the hotel's biggest asset. The furnishings and decor are a bit tired and dated and really could do with upgrading.

Messaging from Hotels.com was inconsistent. In some cases I could not open the message. The 2 step process for getting 2 codes was cumbersome. The hot water was only tepid at best. It was nice to be so close to a cafe both for dinner and breakfast. Parking was fine.
