“We had a bit of confusion with our reservation that we made through expedia but the hotel management helped us to make it right. After that the room they put us in had a plugged pipe in the sink, which was giving off a horrible odor. I reported it to the manager and they offered to move us - which we did NOT want. Then they had maintenance come the very next day (earliest possible) to correct the problem. Staff was very friendly and good to work with. The maintenance man called me personally……

“The price for this hotel doesn’t match the accommodations. We flew in CLE to visit family, but wanted to break up the drive since the flight got in at almost midnight. “The best hotel stay I've had in a long while. Went with my husband and toddler. It seemed like we were upgraded to a suite because the room was very spacious and clean and stocked with lots of soap in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep well. Breakfast was fantastic. The only issue we had was the shower door would not stay closed- it kept rolling open so we had to shove a towel in the corner. There's also an amazing playground 4 miles down the road! I will be staying……
