Great location near Paddington along with Hyde Park & Kensington Gardens. Lots of dining options close by too. No Air Con and with 3 fire doors within a short hallway we couldn’t get any draft. They did have a fan in the room and the window opened a little bit. Tiny bathroom.

Excellent value for an excellent located room. A couple minutes walk from Paddington tube and station. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Decor a little dated and bathroom was small, but we were very impressed for the low cost.

Tidy, clean and comfy. I always enjoy my stay here. They provide plenty of tea and coffee amenities, hair dryer, plenty of towels, pillows etc… and the staff are always very kind and patient.

For one night it was ok. twin room no 32 in single mode, clean, spacious bathroom, problems with the tv cable connection, internet is slower after 9:00 PM. Check-in was supposed to be at 2:00 PM, but we occupied the room at 3:00 PM because the hotel maid had not finished cleaning room no 32. We waited an extra hour for check-in, but the one-day stay was ok.

No AC so room (especially bathroom) was super hot. There was a fan and window opened, although it was so noisy outside. Small room for 5 people. Carpet runner in hallway kept tripping everybody. Great location, few minutes from Paddington station, Hyde park, etc.

Well placed to all the local amenities around Paddington station. Property is well-kept and clean. Sound-proofing between the rooms is minimal and I was in one with a party-door so I heard a lot from the next room. Only downside to an otherwise good stay.
