I am pleased to invite you to my professionally managed bright self-contained studio, perfect for couples, friends, and those on business trips. Located between two of the most sought-after neighbourhoods in London: Paddington and Bayswater, this place boasts excellent travel links across London:

The space
- The studio is situated on the top fourth floor with stairs.
- The lounge area is classic and stylish with storage space, a comfortable sofa and plasma TV.
- There is a beautiful dining space with seats for 3 guests. The separate modern kitchen includes all cooking utensils, pots and pans are supplied.
- The bedroom area bright and airy with storage space, the bed is set with fresh hotel-quality linen.
- The studio has good air-flow in summer and is nice and warm during winter, thanks to efficient radiators.
- In the bathroom, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries.
- The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set-up to Hotel standards before you arrive.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

Other things to note
-I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £20 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

-I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.

-Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

-Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.

Great location and cute place

We enjoyed our stay in this quite little spot in the city. The stairs could be a challenge for some but we had no issue.

Wonderful location with responsive property manager

Great location steps from Paddington and walkable to many iconic London shops, parks, and museums. Once up the stairs you’re in your quiet, clean home base for the trip, and any questions you have are quickly addressed.

A great stay in London!

We had a great London getaway. The flat was exactly what we needed and centrally located to many opportunities in the neighborhood. We had no issues, and communication with the property owner was great. There are a LOT of stairs to get up, so be ready to get your exercise!

Great week in London, in a great apartment!

we had a very nice week in london. After a long, tiring day in the city, you could look forward to a comfortable home every day. Where everything your heart could desire was available. it was very quiet and calm and the view from the two small windows was also very cute. the location of the apartment is great, not far from 2 subway stations. the check-in is super well organized and accompanied by a small manual. Thanks very much!

London Solo Trip

This property was perfect for me as a senior solo traveler. It is well located within easy walking distance of Paddington and Lancaster Gate stations. Anna was excellent with communication and her helpful arrival manual provided videos describing how to operate features of the flat. The description does indicate 5th floor, no elevator, but once you navigate the ‘Stairway to Heaven’ you’ll enjoy the stay!

Perfect in Paddington

The location was fantastic. Close enough to walk to major attractions. Multiple Tube stations nearby as well as bus routes to everything one would want to see. The apartment itself was cute, cozy, and suited all our needs. The host was responsive, timely, and on top of things. I would (and will) definitely stay there again!
