"Room was super clean, every staff member we interacted with was very friendly. It's a close walk to two different subway stations( Queensborough or the 21st/Queensbridge). So you can get anywhere in the city quickly. Both have restaurants near them. They allowed us to drop bags early as we flew in early in the day before check-in, our flight out wasn't until evening, but they offered to hold out luggage while we went sightseeing after we checked out as well. Only slightly negative item is that the beds are super high. We'd stay again. "

"The hotel lobby has such an open space on different levels for guest relaxing , reading or doing computer work. I was only there for an over night and wish I could've stayed longer. My room was lovely&clean. Airport shuttle is a wonderful amenity."
