Transportation (location up twisty dangerous broken narrrow mountain Rd, was a challenge). No housecleaning, dirty; Noise of screaming children (including those of the caretakers) allowed ‘till at least midnight in echoing building (on first night); poor food; inconsistent service; little parking; no record of our online reservation; bar of soap only; had to ask for clean towels and sheets. No restaurants on the mountain.

Eh...... wouldn't recommend.
Oromised a ride from the airport. Never arrived. Cost 60 bucks for a cab. When we did get there it was very noisy
Lots of barking dogs, ten crowing r oosters in the early AM. Hardly got any sleep, even after a long day of travel
Amanecer Issues
Room big but fittings old and worn. No TV. No tea and coffee facilities.
Food options inadequate. A single simple cheap local dish of tinned fish and cabbage at breakfast and a single choice basic cheap dinner. No other choices. On Wednesday there were no kitchen staff. The maintenance guy served a cling foil wrapped breakfast.
Staff are very friendly but have no hotel skills or experience. There’s very rarely anyone around. We’re the only guests and left to look after ourselves.
No one has cleaned or tidied the room so far (3 days). They did so once asked and put in a TV
There was no breakfast and no staff on Friday morning.
The shower is luke warm.
Via Facebook, and from a distance, Brendon has provided useful support for a taxi and tour guide.
Basic shortcomings occur. No butter at breakfast, flat batteries in the TV controller in the very basic public room.
There’s no bar. We have to walk out to a very basic local bar for a drink.
The price paid is massively excessive for the services provided.

nice spot to getaway for a short time
The drive seemed long but the view was scenic, the staff were courteous, the room was large, clean and spacious-not fancy, no AC but didn't need it because of the large windows and lots of fresh air. The view from the room was breathtaking and the pool was clean and calming. Breakfast was nice and simple. Overall the stay was relaxing and the staff made me comfortable.

No Worth The Stay
I arrived at 10pm. Upon arrival, the manager came to my room 5 times because she could not get my CC entered correctly.
Additionally:
1. No shampoo or other toiletries
2. No Wi-Fi
3. No TV even though there was a 50 inch TV
4. No coffee even though there was a coffee pot
5. No hot water - god thing I was hot and needed a cold shower
6. No air conditioning

Nice hotel nestled in a very rural area
Finding the hotel even with directions was a challenge. It would be great if some directional signage can be provided at key intersections including distance to hotel. It was a little disconcerting upon finally arriving that the front desk person/cook/hostess did not have my registration, did not know that we booked on Expedia and did not know which package we took. Maybe it was because the Internet was not working and did not work during my stay. It was also a major concern that I had to give my credit card number to this person who wrote it down in a book so they could charge my account later. I had to specifically request that my number be erased so it would not get in the wrong hands.

Country retreat
we were only there for one night, a beautiful location, Check in was easy. the hotel is nice in a very remote location. there seems to be a problem with upkeep of facilities.the place is highly overpriced but there is not many choices in area. I will go back though and stay a little longer to fully enjoy.
