The area surrounding the hotel was ghetto. Everything in the room was damaged. Nothing worked; from phone to lights. The shower was cold and never got warm. The staff did NOT care. A complete waste of money. A sad way to waste our time off. The worst hotel we ever stayed at.
I felt like we got put in a last minute room, very musky smell, no covers on outlets… paint chipped everywhere, holes in walls.. area of hotel was very convenient, walking distance to everything down town, which I think reflects the price.
Due to how dirty/dusty/smell. I won’t stay again, and pay another $30-$50 for nicer hotel. Staff was great and kind.
Friendly professional staff
Noise every night.
Room 108 is below a room where the floor boards creaked and the occupants partied for three days in a row. I got no sleep in those three nights. I was afraid to leave my belongings there because homeless people and street hustlers prowl around the property and hang out in the stairwell because its cooler there. I'm an off security guard and from what I could tell homeless loiter in hopes the maid turns her back long enough so they can gain entry to an empty unit. All the bottom rooms are subjected to loud voices at night, and cars revving thier engines. The same black charger kept idle in the parking lot for hours, not aware of the occupants in the rooms directly behind the automobile. The kind staff were nice to ask them to turn off the car but that went on every night. Ask for a second or third floor room because #108 is not conducive to a restful night. They shouldnt even be renting that room until they fix the floor in the room above. They kept dropping what sounded like boulders or bricks onto thier floor repeatedly. Partying all night laughing and screeching. I had to move to a new hotel on the third day.
this was hands down the most terrifying experience of my LIFE. I’m not one to scare easily, but the second I checked in here I immediately knew i had to leave. i’ve never felt so unsafe in my life. there was a blood stain on my lampshade, black mold all over the tub, stains on the sheets, the door itself was BEAT in .. there wasn’t even a lobby to check in. the check in is in a BEDROOM which is completely unsafe and unprofessional. i quickly tried to check out as i booked other accommodations and the man in the “lobby” (AKA bedroom) called someone and told me to stay. we went back and forth and he would not stop pressuring me to stay , even though i said they can keep my money. i felt like i was going to get human trafficked as he was being EXTREMELY persistent that I stay. i could go on but i have pictures and documentation of everything. for your own safety PLEASE do not stay here !
