Great Property/host not so great neighbors
The house was very beautiful and spacious . The host responded quickly to our needs . However , if you plan on having guests the neighbors complained a lot . I had family come by and they complained about cars being parked in front of their house on the public street . The host obviously reached out for every complaint ,which was kind of annoying because we were not violating any rules, but outside of that the house was nice and very spacious.

Our family had no complaints at all during our 6 day stay. Gary responded quickly when we had questions, he was very accommodating with our request for early/late check ins.. The home was very spacious and clean, no complaints at all and we definitely give Gary and his property a high rating of 5 stars!! Thank you so much Gary!!

Beautiful Home With a lot of Space
Gary was the perfect host and the home was beautiful. There's plenty of space for larger groups, TVs all over the home, and wifi access for those who can't unplug! Would 100% stay again.

Great Home and Location, Opportunities for improvement
The location and the home are extremely nice. Some of the amenities are sub par. The kitchen is wonderful, including the high end appliances. Unfortunately the dishes were all mismatched and there were no drinking glasses or wine glasses. In all fairness the owner did offer for us to use glasses that were stored in the garage. Based on the daily fees and previous experiences in similarly priced homes my expectations is that the property is properly outfitted and well organized. Also, it was truly a scavenger hunt to find items in the kitchen. There was no organization. There were also many left over partially used food items from previous tenants or the owner. This property could easily be a Super Host property if the owner invests time and attention to the details. It’s also time to upgrade the towels and linens. Overall this is an above average home with below average implementation as a vacation rental property.
