Awesome LocationPosted Oct 26, 2015
Room was ok, we really liked that it was close to everything. The one thing that we noticed right away were the dirty floors, my feet were black underneath from walking on the carpet. They seriously need to make sure they vacuum the carpet!!!

SorryPosted Oct 23, 2015
Cons: See above experience.
Room had no hairdryer and the blanket was thread baren cheap. The airconditioning ran ALL the time. Had to unplug it. The desk staff could have cared less. Sorry is the only word to describe the property.

The room was great, loved how spacious it was even for 4 people. We didn't want to leave!

Centrally LocatedPosted Oct 16, 2015
Pros: Location, price, employees.
Cons: Several Maintenance issues, including the hot tub not working as designed.
Location: Location is central. I was there on business (Glendora), so not sure about things to do nearby.
Hotel is centrally located and near freeway (sound). Staff was friendly, overall look of property - somewhat neglected, hot tub jets broken (missing jet eyelets) , so it was more of a bubble bath than a Jacuzzi. Shopping center is convenient (restaurants), you'll need them because there is no continental breakfast. Room and hotel is as priced.

Communication is keyPosted Sep 30, 2015
Pros: It was fine
Location: There for work....did not check out local places or events
The hotel is fine and the room is fine but make sure if you extend your stay that they communicate with all desk/office personal that it was done. Nothing worse than being told you have to get out of your room now when you have already paid for the extension....and they don't go above and beyond to check it out...they just kick you out. Bad Form!!

Close to freewayPosted Sep 28, 2015
Location: Apparently it is near the L.A.County Fair. Old Town San Dimas is interesting and we were directed to Roady's for breakfast, which was good and cheap.
Staff was very nice at checkin, and we were given a free bottle of water. The hotel is next to the freeway and we stayed in the building that was away from the freeway, so it was quiet. The hotel was full but very quiet. The pool was very clean and sparkling but the jacuzzi was cloudy and uninviting. Rooms were very basic but had a microwave and refrigerator. The biggest disappointment was that the nice little personal package of Kleenex in the bathroom was the only Kleenex for the room. Not something I would expect for an $80 room in San Dimas (not much of a destination).
